At The Values Garden your privacy is important and respect is shown at all times regarding the privacy and sensitivity of information shared on its various platforms. All identifying information provided by clients to The Values Garden is for the provision of services and will not be sold or rented to any third parties. Any data used for research purposes will be for the benefit of The Values Garden service delivery and resource development and not disclosed to a third party for these purposes. All identifying information is protected as identified in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld), and is kept in digital format (password protected). This information includes all that which is collected via website/email/phone and Skype. 3rd Party background applications gather data regarding IP Addresses, devices used, browsers, operating systems and country of origin. However non of this information is used in the identification of individuals.


Social media platforms do have their own privacy policies and contributors to social media pages need to keep this in mind as profile information can provide identifying information (please check your own privacy settings before posting). Where information is collected on Social Media platforms, it is done so for the provision of services and not on behalf of Facebook or any other social media platform. Where possible, social media pages are moderated for content, however not guaranteed in all cases (Please read Terms and Conditions).
